The Kitchen & Deck

The Kitchen features newer appliances, a new stainless steel sink and fixtures, and an over-the-range microwave.

The kitchen is arranged in such a manner to provide ease of use, is open to the main living area, has a bar and a breakfast nook (big enough for a table of 4) for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or family meals. 

The floor is tile and all kitchen appliances (dishwasher/fridge/self-cleaning oven/over range microwave) are in good condition and included. 

This kitchen has two additional sections of cabinetry, track lighting over the bar, ample counter space, and tile flooring.

Walk through the glass door in the kitchen, and you'll find your self standing on a 10' x 12' elevated deck, with storage underneath.  Many a bbq have been held on this deck that overlooks the fenced back yard.
